Admissions Requirements

All students entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years of age by September 1st of the year they are enrolling at CAI Learning Academy.

New Students

Please contact the School Office to inquire about enrollment by calling 610-841-3588 or emailing enroll@cailearningacademy.org. A member of our admin team will provide you with a link to our enrollment application and ask you to schedule a tour of the school. When you arrive for the tour, please bring the following items along with you:

Original Birth Certificate

Immunization Records

Proof of Residency (copy of the lease, utility bill, mortgage). If you are residing with someone else, we will provide you with a Residency Affidavit that you will need to have signed and notarized.

Incoming Kindergarteners and New Students must provide all requested information to be considered for enrollment.

Additionally, it would be helpful for you to bring the following records with you to your appointment:

Academic Records (If applicable, bring the most recent report card)

If your child receives Special Education Services or is in the process of being evaluated, please bring along the most current copy of their Evaluation Report, IEP, and/or 504 Plan.

Returning Students

Current families will receive enrollment paperwork for returning students during our Open Enrollment period which begins in January.

Please note your child cannot be enrolled for the following school year until all documents are received.

NOTE: If you are a legally appointed guardian, we request you bring a copy of the court order granting you legal custody or guardianship. Without this documentation, we will be unable to move forward in the admissions process.
